Situated in Deer Park in what was once part of the Rufford Abbey estate with views of countryside to the edge of the ancient forests, you will be away from the hustle and bustle whilst only a short drive from all the action.

Our property offers spacious accommodation over two floors, a front and rear garden and a private enclosed courtyard featuring a premium hot tub. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and utility area, a large dining room with extendable oak table and seating for ten, a living room with a purpose made corner arrangement and separate three-seater sofa, and a double en-suite bedroom.

The first floor has two twin bedrooms with views over the courtyard, two double bedrooms with views over Deer Park, a walk-in shower room and a separate family bathroom.

Entry to the property is via secure electric gates which can be operated by remote fobs during your stay. The courtyard is accessed via a lockable door and is ideal for relaxing in a secure space with plenty of seating including outdoor rattan style furniture. Two sets of French doors open out onto the decking which extends via a path to the hot tub, illuminated at night by low voltage post lights.
