"I tried to give Red Roof another chance. We initially had to have our room changed, because we saw 2 roaches in the first room. And it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. I did try, but I won’t be going back to Any locations. Unfortunately "

"Outdated room. Showercurtain rod loose so curtain kept sliding open, bugs in room, toilet seat really loose and not cleaned very well. Staff was friendly."

"I gave them an EXCELLENT RATING as I like the hotel and the employees HOWEVER the Manager agreed to let me out of my reservation for 2/28 for one night as my business travel changed and I am not flying out of Philadelphia. She agreed and when I called Choice rewards she told them no. She then hid from my calls over multiple days so I had to dispute the charge on credit card. Again I like the hotel and have stayed MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS but this was unprofessional by the Manager but I STILL GAV THEM AN EXCELLENT RATING ANYWAY! "

"If I could leave a 0 star review, I would give a -10. Me and my friend were traveling from Florida to Connecticut and decided to rest at that Delaware location, after driving for 13+ hours. We got there around 3am, checked in, went to the room and was there for a total of ten minutes, during which: I killed and roach that was on the pillow and 2 more were spotted on the wall and bathroom ceiling. Needless to say we got out of there and went to the Front Desk to check out. She was kind enough to release the credit card hold, but no reimbursement was issued for the cost of the room. And at that time, I wasn't planning on staying to claim anything. We wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, since we also noticed very sketching hotel guests in the area. "
