Trip to see NYC

Had wrong address in VRB which caused a lot of confusion. First night we returned to property to find a huge water leak in the ceiling and had to wait for property manager to show up and turn off water upstairs. Couldn't get TV working. Property Manager was responsive, but overall just wasn't a very good place to stay.
