The property is definitely not 4 star. The bathroom was very basic. Bathroom amenities were bare minimum. There was very little sound proof for the room. PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
Room shower was not a good design. Water poured out within 30 secs of turning the shower on. No lotion, slippers, or water available, had to call for slippers ( much needed since the floors had a lot of dust and turned the bottom of the slippers gray/ black in less than a few hours of wearing it). ...

Clean rooms, excellent location for theater. Rooms are extremely small. Staff is very helpful. Free breakfast offered. Renovations going on so no available lobby at this time and a little chaotic. Would recommend for 1 or 2 people in a room. Very little space.
