The location is great. Rooms are small and could use a facelift but ok. Rooms that say double beds are 47” so if sharing a bed it’s tight for two adults. Hampton Inn New York Times Square
Only 1 elevator operated during breakfast times. The one elevator never came. They have 6 elevators and they worked at 11am for checking out. They could also use more sitting area in the lobby area. Everything is was great.
