The check in process was horrible. The receptionist wasn’t friendly. If you didn’t ask her questions you would be confused because she wasn’t giving out formalities of the location. Hotel Henri NY
Hotel does not match online images at all. Rooms were filthy around the beds and baseboards in both room and bath. Beds were not comfortable and you could hear everything. The staff however was friendly enough.
