Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it. The staff was fantastic! I am visually impaired and the staff were extremely attentive, making certain I was safe and able to get a taxi when needed. I will definitely return for my next trip to NY.

clean room. great location. nice staff. This is an affordable hotel in the middle of it all. You can walk to all the shows. A trek to Dumbo is about 30 min by train.
