"The staff are wonderful; very solicitous. The infrastructure of the hotel is dated. Example: the hotel was very full but, during my stay, I never had hot water for my shower. After letting the water run for way too long, it finally became tepid enough for use. The filtered window shade was broken. ..."

"The staff was friendly even though they were extremely busy. The hotel is right across from penn station which made it convenient to take the subway and train station.
