The four-story walkup building is pet-friendly and includes on-site laundry facilities. Located on the Upper West Side, the building is right off Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue, full of great shops, restaurants and bars. It's also just two streets from Central Park and Riverside Park.
This one bedroom apartment in a four-story walkup building offers quintessential uptown charm, with proximity to everything for which the Upper West Side is beloved. The modern living space features hardwood flooring and a fully equipped kitchen. All beds provided are fitted with plush linen sheets and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.

Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Excellent, clean, well-maintained studio apartment in a 4 story walk up in a wonderful, safe, and quiet location on the Upper West Side- close to Amsterdam and Columbus- which are full of shops and restaurants- as well as the 72nd Street Subway 1,2,3 and 72nd A, B, C stations. Trader Joe’s nearby. Furnished Quarters Guest Services promptly responded to my requests and provided immediate assistance as needed. All in all a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
