This is by far the worst hotel experience Ive ever had booking through Expedia. I have traveled and stayed all over the world in budget accommodations. I do not need new, luxury hotels, but basic cleanliness and hygiene standards can be accomplished at the most basic room rentals. We have stayed in $20/nights last minute bookings in rural Mexico better than this Time Square hotel. The location is excellent if you are going to a Broadway show nearby, however for most people the rooms are uninhabitable. Black mold, bugs, crumbling walls, dangling and unsafe electrical work. Its all bad. The hotel management acknowledged this and did let us look at several other rooms to see what our preference of the worst was, however for an affordable old hotel "there is something wrong with all of them" according to the management. Do not book this hotel. Again, I have stayed in $20 Mexican hotels, booked 10 day trips to Jamaica for $400 round trip and had nicer humble accommodations. This place is flithy, unsafe, and no one here cares.
