Horrible-do not book
This hotel was horrible. It felt sleezy and very unsafe. I felt like there was a criminal element with the fellow guests and the atmosphere in the lobby. I was not surprised to see the NY Police department at the entrance. I felt unsafe and the service was non existent. It was not very close to the airport either. I would never stay here again. I would ask for a refund if available.

The personnel was very unpolite and the place very dirty. People smoke inside and they have pretty dirty towels. Additionally, I wanted to cancel the second night, they were not willing to help.

This is the most repulsive hotel i have ever stayed in. The toilet is dirty as are the bed linens. Absolutely horrible!

worst experience ever, all the druggies n marijuana smokers are roaming very free inside n out the hotel , noisy , dirty bedsheets n squeaking bed , idk why expedia is referring such terrible places to their regular customers, not good for families n kids 😤😤😤

I was asked for a deposit and since their card machine was broken I was made to withdraw cash from their ATM machine. If your card machine is broken why should I spend $3.00 for cash withdrawal? No Coffeys machine in the room and also no vending machine on the floor. There was an unplugged Refrigerator on the place of vending machine.bed was very uncomfortable.

This is not a hotel for a trip. This is a place of desperation and by the hour only! Every inch of every surface was dirty, sticky, burned. Hair on everything. Dirty towels, sheets. Broken floor tiles. Cockroaches in the bathroom. No hot water. Heat in room didn’t work. Expedia should be embarrassed for offering this. You know it’s bad when the signs in the “lobby” say you can’t use benefit cards to pay for the room rate.

It was ok but not worth for the money. My room was smelling smoke probably from previous guest. Also, it looks like the bed sheet and pillow case not changed and it was noise almost all nigth with crazy guy yelling outside the hotel nearby.

Very very dirty. Hair on the beds snd towels. Key acces don't work, every time you want to go to your room you have to let the front dedk agent know so he can go open the door for you with key. Forget about saving your money save your life do not stay here be smart

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in it was dirt 3 days no house cleaning front desk don't answer the phone I had to go downstairs to get clean towel rooms smells cigarette I change room but same and the noise bathroom smells like poop the whole stay

Living Hell of a place!!!
worst ever hotel I have stayed. Dirty, smell of Cigarette, weed and what not everywhere. the smoke detector in room was wrapped with plastic. the service is horrible and there cleaning policy is , they will come to your room to clean when you are in your room and the cleaners are gone after 5 PM. So basically the cleaners will never come. no microwave in room , only one dirty microwave in lobby for the entire hotel. the most trashy place I have ever seen. Cockroach in bathroom and simply hell of an experience. They should be banned from doing business over there.

We stayed for 4 nights. The Good: Affordable, we had a large room with two very comfortable queen sized beds. The location is very close to public transportation and is easily accessible by Uber. It's located in an ethnic East Indian neighborhood and there are several Indian food options. The Bad: Located on a very busy corner, so it gets very, very loud. Also, very loud air conditioner. Room was poorly lit. Furniture was older. Bathroom felt icky, not really "dirty" but not really "clean feeling" - not sure if that makes sense. Room/bathroom could use a paint job and some artwork. Customer service was very lackadaisical and indifferent. No housekeeping service due to Covid-19, understandable, but they could leave extra trash bags at the door each morning, as well as have a trash bin on each floor. We had to lug our trash to the lobby each morning to get rid of it. The Ugly: The hotel requires you pay in cash. They claim that their credit card machines were broken, but if you look at older reviews (something I should have done before booking), this has been a problem for months. This was not a problem for me since I prepaid through Orbitz, but they also required a cash $50 room deposit. "Luckily", there's an off brand ATM in the lobby. We found cigarette butts and old napkins under the bed, thankfully the room didn't smell. Most likely won't stay here again.

Low class hotel.
Very bad place, dirty, I did not receive a room key, the clerk has to open the door for me every time that I wanted to go back to my room, the tv wasn’t working, no remote control, no iron, and they asked me for 50 dollars cash deposit and the parking cost me 25 dollars and they only accept cash. I will not stay in that place again.

I like it's near where my dad lives I dislike how dirty the bathroom was I had a problem with the bathroom I was not at the hotel I called and they said they were going to leave a plunger outside of my door when I came to the hotel the plunger was not there so basically I have to fix my own problems in the hotel room

Worst Hotel To Stay In
This was one of the most awful and un-professional hotels on the planet. From check in to check out everything was a poor experience. The concierge made go to an ATM and pull 50 bucks for a deposit, didn't inform me that there was another cash charge for parking, which he negotiated with me. ATM charged me $3 per transaction. After I was able to do all the paperwork, I was informed that my room had no key so he would have to let me in. His behavior was not accommodating at all. The hotel was dirty from reception to the room, bed cover and sheets had stains, look like it wasn’t changed from the previous guests, no face cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat, one night stand, it’s not a hotel it’s a motel. In the morning when it was time for me to leave, my car was blocked in for 35 minutes. The lady at the front desk assumingly called all the residents to locate the driver, who was to happy about having to get up early to move his car. She even yelled at one of the ladies who had parked her there although the woman had pay her parking fee and too was waken to move her car. The place is being ran like a welfare hotel with all this various notices on the Concierge window, which I've never seen in my life. The window looked bulletproof. I am going to fight to get my money back but I feel that may it may be futile.

This is by far tge nastiest hotel i have ever been to . I didn't read tge reviews but after i booked it i just wanted to see for myself . I asked to see the rooms available before i checked and they all spelled the same . I could never breathe much less to spleep there so i left and called Expedia to try to get a refund . I ended up booking another hotel because this place is a dump especially for the price they were charging . I would rather sleep on the sidewalk b4 i sleep at this MOTEL because its far from an HOTEL . Pls take this place off your bookings

Fact: Men roamed the front Fact: Lobby Filled with Marijuana smoke All throughout the Front Door, Lobby, Front Desk, Hallways and elevators. Fact: The Desk agent walked away from us and got on the elevator and left us in the lobby scared. Fact: No parking anywhere. Fact: Told the 10 spaces for $25 was taken. Fact: Told agent to cancel before he left to get on elevator.

House of horror.
This is a terrible hotel. Hotels.com should take it off your list. The place is dirty and you can smell smoke in a smoke free hotel. No comforter on the bed. Shower curtain with with fungus.
