The luxury building features amenities like a 24-hour attended lobby, resident lounge, laundry room, rooftop terrace with Hudson River views and fitness center with city views. The upper Chelsea location is convenient and centralized, just steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station.
This ultra-stylish, uniquely designed one-bedroom apartment in a luxury Chelsea building features hardwood floors, large windows letting in copious natural light and great city views, an open kitchen, generous closet space and high-end finishes and appliances. The bed provided is queen size, fitted with plush linen sheets and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.

Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Additional charges and size/breed restrictions may apply and vary by building. All pets must be approved by Furnished Quarters. Please let us know ahead of booking if you plan on traveling with a pet.
