Great location- clean and responsive host

My family enjoyed this place. It’s only a few blocks from Time Square, near transportation, safe area, lots of restaurants, and it was secure and clean.

Perfect location!

The property is really central so it was easy to get about for a short break. The host was responsive and informative the whole time. Apartment was spacious and exactly as described. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location

Probably better for 3-4 people than 5 people. Additional bed did not allow the front door to open. This is a good place to sleep - great proximity to sights and transportation. But it’s tiny. So plan accordingly.

Great location

This was a great location for us. We had a quick overnight trip with no real goal beyond going to dinner at Frankie and Johnnies, which was down the street. We got to walk around midtown and it was easy for us to catch the subway to explore other areas of NY. Communication was great between us and the lister. Loved the little bar next door.

Beautiful building in an unbeatable location

The place was clean and well appointed. The coffee and dining area were nice touches and the beds were very comfortable. The building is magnificent with a beautiful parlor and library and the hosts were gracious and attentive . In a perfect very safe and upscale location right by 6th avenue. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and had a rollaway bed for the 5th person which did make the space very tight but that is NYC for you! .

Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent location! We were able to walk to Time Square in just a few minutes. It is close to many restaurants, conviene stores, and Broadway theaters. It was a little small for the 5 of us, but we made it work just fine, and found the price to be reasonable. Alex the host addressed our needs. The luggage room was very convenient, as we got there early/left after check-in, so we had a place to store our bags. Felt very safe there!

New York getaway

Great location to enjoy the theater and Christmas in New York. Accommodations were tidy, but lacking personal touches. Could have used a few more pillows on the beds as well as an extra blanket. Also Keurig in room, but no Keurig pods or water bottles.

Great place and location

This was in a great location, walkable to everything. The rooms are separated by a partition, so if you are looking for more privacy, this is not it. It fit what we needed for 3 adults for just one night.The room was very hot and we were not sure where to turn the temperature down from - we could have contacted the Property Manager but not a big deal for one night. There were also no cups for the coffee machine.

NY Retreat in the Heart of the City

My husband and I travelled with our three children aged 16-19. The five of us stayed in the unit. It is a small space for five adult size people however families of five deal with this all the time as the rollaway bed is needed and takes up space. It was great value for the location. We had a fantastic time in NY city and staying in this perfect location made the weekend great because you can see so much in a day from here. All the top things to see are walking distance from this unit - Times Square, Central Park, Bryant Park, and the Empire State Building. You can easily hop on a subway from Times Square to see the 911 Memorial or check out some of the other neighbourhoods. Alex also helped us figure out where to park which was greatly appreciated! We loved NY City!

Ideal Location to Explore New York

The best part about the property is the location and its proximity to Times Square and yet being far enough so that you can get some peaceful sleep. The amenities are great and it is pretty decently spacious as per NY standards. The furniture and floors are wooden and do creak a bit but the living experience is great.
