Good area, good communication with property manager and he was very nice and helpful, not the same unit shown in the pics that I booked online, ceiling leaked in second bedroom, no hot water on day of checkout, no heat on day of checkout, bathroom ceiling has a hole that’s dropping fragments into shower and on window seal

Before renting a house, you have to check if the heater is working!It was -8 degrees inside, and I was there for 2 hours trying to turn it on. It was impossible to take a shower, I was exhausted. It was truly disrespectful. You are only interested in making money and are forgetting about respect and responsibility towards others.Pay attention, I wouldn't have been frustrated if nothing had gone wrong.The sheets were dirty. Full of hair. I don't need to say anything more.I hope that from now on you will check things before renting. A true lack of respect.And this will be my review.
