The location is fantastically convenient - steps from Grand Central Station. The staff were very helpful in enabling me to check in right away. The room was well appointed. It was a bit dark as it faced another building but was very comfortable.

Stains on the blanket don’t forget your wash cloths at home because they do not have any. They charge $37 for a bowl of cereal and yogurt what any other hotel would give you that complementary.

As a party of seven, six of us have never been to New York. This hotel was amazing. Close to Times Square the Broadway Shows, shopping, and a 10 minute walk to Carnegie Hall.
