The staff were amazing and patient with all my questions! Some of the windows and phone were a bit dirty but nothing I would go and complain about. The bathroom was very clean and so was the bed. I wish I did check the mini fridge because it did not cool and it smelled kinda awful. Breakfast was decent but too many options with banana in it, the muffins and yogurt. I would stay again!

I would like to shout out to Sofia, for accommodating me immediately upon my arrival even allowing me to check in early. I was barely surviving on little sleep and she gave me a room quick. The A/C unfortunately was broken however as soon as I made her aware she switched me out very quickly and even upgraded my view. Thank you Sofia for making my once in a lifetime trip extra worth it!

We reserved a room with two double beds for a one-night stay, but upon arrival, we were informed that they could only provide a room with one bigger bed for all of us. They also refused to offer an additional room due to a lack of availability. To make matters worse, the AC in our room was extremely loud and seemed unsafe. When reported, they assigned us another similar room with one bed. overall experience was uncomfortable as we had to share one bed among multiple people.
