- Welcome to our private paradise by the beach! Our first floor beach villa (no stairs to climb) is located in the very popular and unique ocean side community of Sea Woods in the resort town of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Experience a world class ocean-side vacation without paying resort prices! Walk in your flip flops along the shaded oak-covered paths to the beautiful beach and sunny surf just steps away.
Sea Woods is a centrally located resort community that provides you the best of both worlds - all of Central Florida's attractions, such as Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, and Sea World while enjoying Florida's number ONE attraction - THE BEACH!
The extraordinary condominium complex is set on 53 acres of naturally landscaped rolling dunes. It is conveniently located on A1A (South Atlantic Avenue) across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. It is known to be the most unique resort community in the New Smyrna Beach area.
Our beachside villa is 1152 sq. ft. with a 200 sq. ft screened in porch and outside deck area.
Golf, Tennis, Pickleball - in addition to playing tennis and pickleball on courts just steps away from the villa, you will find 7 great golf courses in the immediate New Smyrna Beach area.
Pamper yourself at one of the many Day Health Spas in the area, where you can spoil yourself with massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more. New Smyrna Beach is renowned for it's Art & Culture.
