Downstairs you'll find a spacious open concept living, dining and full kitchen area. 55" smart TV,WIFI, brand new furnishings with a colorful Key West style. The price quote INCLUDES THE DAMAGE PROTECTION FEE (property fee) so there is no need to purchase protection or place a damage deposit. Enjoy the site of nature;s wildlife as captured the owner's camera over the past 3 decades that are displayed up the staircase wall. The large den leads out to the backyard with comfy furniture and BBQ. Two large palm trees make the setting perfect to relax or eat and socialize outside to really get all of the beautiful Florida weather ! It's always 5 O'clock!

Phenomenal place

Everything was clean. The beds were absolutely awesome soft. Shower water pressure was excellent. The place is close to everything. I had a last minute booking and had no trouble at all with communications. I would absolutely stay here again.
