TWO Dog Friendly Homes with Private Fenced Yard and Fire Pit STEPS to the Beach!

Surf-themed Endless Summer AND Balinese-themed Island Time are TWO exquisitely appointed 2 bed, 2 bath side-by-side homes capable of hosting a large group or two separate parties at the same location! Enjoy all the creature comforts of home including: a modern, fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen, large comfy king beds, and ample lounging areas throughout. Each home features a separate quaint and private fenced back yard with an inviting fire pit for the perfect after-beach relaxation!



A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of each dwelling (2 total). Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at front door.



Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.



A $500.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.



Parking for both homes:

Two (2) detached garage car-sized parking spaces (one per home) and two (2) total car-sized parking spaces on the shared driveway. All are offered free of charge to guests.



This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $176.48 USD + Tax. If travelling with dogs, please be sure to select the "I am travelling with pets" checkmark when booking.



Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.
