- Welcome home to your Coastal Casa. This recently updated home is a ten minute walk or two minute golf cart ride to 27th Ave beach access. This home offers a split level layout with two living rooms, plenty of room for sharing with family and friends. Relax in your outdoor personal oasis with a screened in heated pool and spa. This property is 2.5 miles to the famous Flagler Ave. to enjoy restaurants, bars, and shopping. There are four bedrooms and two full baths. Full size washer and dryer. Walking and bike trails across the street. All electric, water, internet, and cable are included. Pool and spa gas heat usage is included for normal use, but may be billed separately for more than average usage. Rates and terms are negotiable.
