Beautiful unit. Newly renovated. Excellent views and Errol By The Sea is a wonderful property. We've been coming to NSB for more than 40 years!

Unit 207 Errol by the Sea

Nicely decorated Condo with all amenities. Had to complete a cleaning job of kitchen and floors as they were poorly cleaned . Windows also needed cleaning. Patio door,hard to open as tracks not cleaned and screens on outside of doors fell off when opened . Tracks need good cleaning and some sort of lubricant applied. Due to this unable to use Patio. Door pad lock worked on and off so we basically used hard key. Lights in Master BR flashed when turned of at different times ,and TV in spare room just magically turned on by itself at different times. Maintenance looked at these items however we’re not aware of anything they could do.
