  • 2 blocks from the beautiful beach here at New Smyrna Beach, also 2 blocks from popular Flagler Ave. with all its quaint shops, restaurants, and bars.

    New Smyrna Beach prides itself on having 48 restaurants, none of which are "chain" restaurants. A shed full of beach goodies (beach bikes, cart to carry all your beach gear chairs, canopy, toys, etc)

    1 hour to Orlando and all its theme parks, 1 hour to Jacksonville beaches/airport, etc., and 15 minutes to Daytona Beach and the International Raceway (Daytona 500).
