Beach chairs and beach towels are available for your use. High speed internet and cable provided on 55’ smart flat screen tv. Free on-site parking in front of complex. Steps to pool and ocean.
This unit can be combined with Unit 103, (VRBO 3034064)1 bedroom and bath with full kitchen. Sofa is a queen sofa bed. Both units sleep 4 guests, or 8 total. Please contact host if you need additional space. Walking distance to Chase’s on beach; Izzy’s Ice Cream and Tacos across the street, along with 7-Eleven. Manny’s Pizza is walking distance. Kids can go to 27th Avenue park, which is one street away. On-site amenities include barbecue, heated pool. And direct ocean access. Larger space at VRBO 3501337 if needed. Coastal Waters are separately owned condo units.
