This 4 bedroom 2 bath single family home is centrally located with just a short 3 minute walk to the ocean and just a couple houses down from Watts Ave, which has a direct beach access making it convenient to tote along your beach supplies. Nestled on a deep lot and surrounded by beautiful landscaping creating the perfect atmosphere for outdoor entertainment. With custom sliding glass panels, the seamless transition from indoors to the outdoor screened in pool area, dining and BBQ area is truly remarkable. A cozy yet spacious floor plan allows for easy entertaining and relaxing. The kitchen is bright and airy and fully equipped so you can enjoy some home cooked meals in your home away from home. The spacious primary suite, has a door that leads you out to the pool patio and the ensuite bath offers a large walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with ensuite bath and private entrance to the patio. The 3rd bedroom offers two double beds while the 4th bedroom offers a bunk bed and double bed - plenty of space! making this split floor plan ideal for large families. The home has an inside laundry room with new washer and dryer. Perfect house for our family

We love New Smyrna Beach. This is the beach that we prefer. This house was perfect for our family because of the location, proximity to everything, and the layout of the house and the ease of being able to have a golf cart.
