  • Welcome to The Salty Flamingo. This home is new to the rental market after completing a $100,000 remodel! This beautiful home is a 3/2 with a giant Master suite encompassing the entire 2nd floor which includes a king size bed, wall mounted 58" Smart TV, and a 28 foot deck located through the French doors. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed as well as a wall mounted 58" smart TV. The last bedroom has a full trundle bed that includes a single pull out underneath as well as a wall mounted 43" smart TV. The living and dining rooms have been tastefully decorated with seating for 6. The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all utensils. Enjoy the fully fenced yard with a book and your morning coffee. The 2 car garage is stocked with multiple beach chairs you can carry for the short walk to the non driving section of beautiful New Smyrna Beach. The home is located just a short drive from all of the popular dining and shopping and walking distance to local favorites such as SoNapa Grille and Chases on the beach.
