"Staff really helpful and friendly. We arrived early and man on reception sorted out our parking for us; fortunately there were plenty of space’s available on the road outside of the hotel. We checked in later that day. Room was a good size with large bathroom. No bath but lovely rain shower. Tea and coffee provided along with 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was plentiful with choice of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, fruit juices, cheese, meat, bread etc; hot food was cooked to order. Staff member at breakfast was very nice and helpful. We did not have dinner at hotel. This was our second stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you."

"Rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff were great. Amazing location if you like it quiet and walks by the sea. Main shopping area is also only a short walk away Had a fantasic time."

"Really enjoyable stay for our 26th wedding anniversary. Hotel has been recently completely refurbished and every surface is clean as a whistle. Super room with Nespresso coffee machine and marge brand new TV and huge bathroom Breakfast was way about average. I would call this a 5 star experince rather than 4 star."

"We were apprehensive on registration and climbing some rather steep stairs to the 3rd level, over worn carpets, beside cracked walls to arrive at a wonderful, spotless and comfortable room with a perfect bathroom, huge balcony with views over the marshes. Excellent breakfst to order - the only disappointment was "kippers" was just one - but then I am greddy!"

"I struggled to find parking as there was a wedding on the same night and had to park in the Electric car space. There were a few stains on the bedroom carpet and not enough milk in my room. "

"The first time I’ve stayed here for a few years as id started to use the Hilton in Ashford recently. Very impressed with this hotel now. It’s had a makeover and I’ll now be switching back. Very nice stay and very friendly staff too… excellent stay "
