"The room was cleaned and it wasn't dated. The parking is very convenient, and the location is excellent. The AC cools the room pretty quickly. The TV has cable. The staff was courteous and hospitable."

"I booked a vacation for myself and my girlfriend and purposely chose a room with a balcony and an ocean view. I wish that I could have seen a picture of the outside of the Hotel before booking. it would have shown that the building itself is a large 'L' shape and the middle of the 'L' is basically a very unappealing commercial rubberized roof 'wasteland' over a bunch of generators and vents etc. - it is QUITE unpleasant to look at, but it is the immediate view in front of every balcony on the inside of the 'L'. There are only 6 or 7 rooms in the entire hotel that have a true ocean view and those are the rooms at the very tip of the 'L' <--. The next few Hotels along the beach all have true ocean facing balconies and would have been a much better choice. Otherwise, the staff was extremely pleasant, and the room was cleaned well every day. The beach lounger rentals are ridiculously expensive ($90 for 2 loungers with an umbrella and close to $200 if you want one of those canopies). We usually like to spend a lot of time in the evenings relaxing on the balcony, watching the sunset etc., but the 'L' shape leaves you with a view of the other balconies and the horrendous rubberized roof and rusted compressor units. For that reason alone, I would choose one of the neighboring Hotels next time."

Refrigerator never worked instead of replacing it from another room .they told the owner had ordered one on line 4 days in never got to see it Bed cover stained with god knows what.out of all the hotels I been all over the country thisgot to be the worst nor even in a 3rd world country will see this type of property. I KNOW EXPEDIA IS IN THE BUSINESS OF ADVERTISING BUT THEY SHOULD ALSO BE ASHAMED OF ADVERTISING IN THEIR WEBSITE SUCH A PLACE"
