Ocean Villa - Private Sauna - 2 Bedroom + sofa bed

Located only a five minute drive to the CBD for Arts, Cultural, Shopping, Restaurants & Cafes. A ten to fifteen minute walk to the CBD along the picturesque Huatoki walkway next to the river that heads through the CBD out to the ocean.
The space
Bursting with character & charm, Funky Frankley will provide you with the ultimate welcome. This exciting home has great personality and all the qualities of a genuine authentic home. Warm timber touches combined with a eclectic mix of pottery, plants and a surfers vibe. Settle into open plan chilled out living and in the evening cook up a storm in the large well equipped kitchen. We have created a special space for you to enjoy with charming little touches, making comfort and quirkiness an absolute priority.

Two bedrooms one off the hallway with a comfortable king bed, the other off the kitchen with a comfy queen bed. Each bedroom has it's own awesome personality and a place where you can be at peace and get a restful nights sleep. Additional features include unlimited WIFI, laundry facility with washing machine, modern quirky bathroom. But it doesn't end there, head outside for your own personal sauna (switch on and within 1 hours heating it is ready for you) and if you are game, fill the bath tub with cold water and take a plunge. All part of this holiday adventure. Please note: There is only on street parking, not metered. Book today and secure this great stay.

All linen & towels are provided by the hosts and are laundered. This property will be cleaned prior to guests arrival. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state which includes removing all sheets and pillowcases from beds and placing them in the laundry and making sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

The kitchen amenities are equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Please be aware that we have tenants next door which is only divided by gib board so please be aware of your noise levels.

Handy to everything

A beautiful character house, lovely decor, with very comfortable beds. French doors opening to deck and back yard, great for our dog. Near Pukekura Park stunning place we went every day with Jed our dog, loved it.

Great location, sunny and stylish

Great little place. Really well presented and cosy - perfect for chilling out after a busy day. George and Amber were really responsive and easy to deal with. The location is fantastic too - right on the Huatoki Walkway into town or the park. We were sorry when it was time to leave!

Fabulous and Funky

What a great experience! To walk in to a stylish, clean space with obvious owner attention to detail, what more could you ask for. The extra touches of some light refreshments in the kitchen and pillow chocolates was a pleasant surprise. We loved the continuity of the theme and felt it was not overdone. The place felt comfortable, friendly and easy to live. We enjoyed the outside area for our wee friend "Lucie Bell the dog", and inside an luxury crate for sleeping. Overall, a triumphant experience for us all and we would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. Best regards Brendon, Claire & Lucie bell
