Be assured, that's our absolute focus.I've tried to track a second reservation (I assume non refundable) in your name without success. It must have been in another name - maybe that's why your agent didn't refund.Most of our car parks are free (including some EV parks) and our surrounding streets offer free unlimited parking. Yes, we offer a few paid car parks for guests that want a guaranteed parking spot.Our pool is maintained at 30 degrees and our spa at 40 degrees. In addition we offer free access to the heated pools and spas at the New Plymouth Aquatic Centre.I hope it's not too long before we can welcome you back, as we'd love to restore your faith.Kind regards,Peter Tennent
