This fabulous ground level apartment is located below the main house on the waterfront of Wanaka Bay at the very start of the Award winning Scenic Coastal Walkway. With unobstructed waterfront views, it offers a perfect getaway for families and friends looking to relax and explore the beautiful surroundings. The apartment is surrounded by rural land, providing a peaceful atmosphere while being just five minutes away from the airport.

As soon as you arrive, you will be wowed by the view. Drop your bag in the lounge, slide back the slider, and watch the waves roll in. You will feel immediately relaxed and at peace.

- Properties are cleaned prior to guests' arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards
- A part end of stay cleaning service is included, covering bathrooms, mopping, and rubbish removal
- Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state

- All our properties are for accommodation purposes only; no gatherings or parties permitted
- Bookings which exceed 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee at cost to the guest every seven days
