The Space:

Saddle Row is a charming holiday house nestled at the edge of the New Plymouth Racecourse, surrounded by a picturesque garden in a quiet cul de sac. Located just a five-minute drive or a fifteen-minute walk to the CBD, this property offers easy access to local attractions. Enjoy the nearby Bowl of Brooklands and Pukekura Park, where you can experience the renowned Festival of Lights from mid-December to the end of January, along with various concerts and festivals at the natural amphitheater.



This sunny and relaxed holiday home is designed for comfort and convenience. With a fully equipped kitchen, a six-seater dining table, and two spacious lounge areas, families can spread out and enjoy their own space. The main living area flows seamlessly to a north-facing alfresco dining area, perfect for BBQs, sunset views, and planning your next day's adventures.

Bookings exceeding 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days. All properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, and body wash. Great property

Clean, comfortable and well stocked house in a quiet cul-de-sac. An easy walk to Pukekura Park and easy access to town. It's one of the best properties that we have stayed in.

Perfect spot

We enjoyed 1 Saddle Row. The proximity to the Bowl was perfect with the hill climb on returning a great workout.

Once in it was sound sleeping. There was plenty of room and we found our stay centred round the generous dining table adjacent to the kitchen. The location is fine for visiting all New Plymouth has to offer. We did have a few niggles. There were too few tea towels and no hand towels in the kitchen something the managers rectified when it was brought to their notice. The lack of any scrubber for removing cooked on food remained.
