The Space:

This fabulous free standing townhouse is split over two levels and located in a tourist hot spot in central New Plymouth. It is just a short stroll to Pukekura Park, Womad, Racecourse, Bowl of Brooklands, TSB Stadium, and numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The perfect place to base yourself while you explore New Plymouth's major attractions, this lovely, quiet, light, bright, and sunny holiday property has been designed for family enjoyment.



From mid-December until early February, Pukekura Park is transformed for the Festival of Lights, featuring stunning lighting displays among beautiful botanic gardens. Guests can enjoy picnics on The Hatchery lawn and listen to free live music most nights during this festival. A must-visit experience.

Prime location

A great townhouse in a prime location. The garage, plus off street parking are ideal for two vehicles. Quiet but central, close to Pukekura Park & town.

Perfect townhouse within walking distance of CBD & Park

I've booked this townhouse a number of times. Perfect for family or friends. The layout of 1 bed & bathroom down stairs & 2 bed & a bathroom upstairs means guests can have a bit of privacy from each other. Internal access garage plus extra parking is great if you have multiple cars. A modern, warm, sunny house close to everything.

Generally good. Location was excellent. There were two greasy trays in the oven when we arrived. It was very hot upstairs. 28 deg C made it difficult to sleep at night even with the windows open. Fans were provided but made no difference.

What a gem!

This may not be the biggest property you’ll ever stay in but it proves the adage that good things come in small packages. There are two bedrooms up narrow stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. For everyone else, the rooms are a comfortable size with a decently roomy bathroom. The same can be said of the bedroom and ensuite downstairs, with the combined kitchen/dining and living room more than adequate for the three of us (adult women). The house is minutes from the town centre, restaurants and the Coastal Walk and was an absolutely delightful choice for our stay in the equally delightful New Plymouth.

Modern property at the back of 3 (down a driveway so nice and private). Having the garage was great as we had bikes to store. House had everything you needed (Wifi, washing machine & dryer even) and the layout was great. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the other 2 bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. Cute little courtyard and parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway also.
