"Room was clean. Breakfast was good, standard eggs and sausage, waffles, and muffins. Location was about 10 minute walk to Beale St, or FedEx Forum, and located next to Redbird baseball. Late night walk a bit sketchy when not much activity happening. On site parking included is a plus."
