California Off the beaten path

The stay was excellent and gave us the flexibility in dining in or out. Nice view with the palm trees just feet from the windows. Streetcar access, straight shot to the airport, French Quarter etc… All amenities were in excellent condition. We tried to leave it like we found it. L. Cobbs

Our stay was awesome. The Front Desk Clerk (when we checked in) was totally awesome (can't remember her name). Her recommendations were perfect and the staff was very nice. Our condo was "clean" and the smell was very refreshing!

The accommodations were clean and in good condition. That sofa is uncomfortable. It's hard and short. If you're tall 5'8 + the sofa isn't for you. Otherwise very nice stay😊

This property is huge, like it can accommodate 10-12 people. Beautiful apartment with sunlight and open area for kids to play inside. Ride is just the next door and walkable to everything.

Spacious condo just for me

It was a very nice place to stay. For me, everything was within walking distance. If you don’t like walking, the street car was right outside the door practically. I had a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. I will definitely take place into consideration when staying in New Orleans again.

For the price it is hard to beat. Easy walking distance to anything in the French Quarter and/or the Superdome. The Studio was clean. Had all the basics you need for a short or long term stay. Only big drawback was construction accross the street. They start early so that is a bit rough. Other than that, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient. We were close to dining, shopping, and Bourbon Street. It was pretty clean on the inside. The shower was a little weird without a closing door but otherwise it was well air conditioned, bed was comfortable. Two flat screen tv's for streaming only. A little confusing signing into the main entrance. The condo had all accommodations we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing condo… penthouse on the top floor with private terrace! Tons of space, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen and within walking distance to the French quarter and the superdome!! My only complaint is that parking was not available at the facility and due to the Taylor Swift concert the rates of the parking nearby jumped to $75-$100 per night 😳 So the $30 advertised was wayyyyy different than reality : /

The location was very walkable to the French Quarter and close to a few restaurants. The premises were clean. As another reviewer mentioned, flushing the toilet was a little tricky but not difficult. However, the biggest issue that I had is that the Hosteva links that I received via text didn’t work correctly.

We arrived and found several issues. The refrigerator alarm kept going off and because of that the ice was melting. There is a break in the floor that if you were not to pay attention and had on heels you would fall. The patio door rubber had to be pushed in constantly so that the door would close. The room with the king bed had a nasty water stain on the ceiling, the ceiling fan did not work, the bed had particle board as a base and was extremely uncomfortable and made noise the entire time you made a move, and there was air on the bed, the double sink one near the shower did it work, the shower had hard water stains and the door frame in the bathroom was nasty. The ceiling fan in the Queen bedroom did not work. The patio chair had no cushions and were hard to sit it. The location is great and the place has the potential to be very nice but the amenities inside were not to standard especially for the money that was paid. We stay in New Orleans often and chose this as a new experience for my husband’s birthday and was not pleased overall. We will not rebook. There is bellman service so prepare to pack you own luggage
