    This is a residential neighborhood, but there is a great coffee shop, Hey Cafe, about 3 blocks away. There is a section of Freret Street 1/2 a mile (15 min walk) that has many bars, restaurants, cafes, music venues. It is one of the hippest areas of the city. You can walk to the St Charles Avenue streetcar line (just over one mile) and ride the street car through the garden district to the French Quarter for about $2

Great house! Location is an easy Uber ride away from anything you want to do. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. Owner is super responsive. We would stay at this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and we liked walking the neighborhood. The pool was great although we were hoping for it to be a bit warmer but it worked for the small amount of time we had to spend in the pool. We were mostly exploring and experiencing NOLA and its history. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great time!

Met our adult kids there for Christmas week, a wonderful base camp to enjoy an amazing city. We had so much fun both exploring NoLa and hanging out in the great home. Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Keri's place. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood. The pool was lovely, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for us to use it more than the first evening we were there. The kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare any meals. Kerri was a very gracious and accommodating host, when the dates of our stay changed at the last minute. We were very grateful for her generosity and flexibility. We will definitely try to stay here again, if we are ever in NOLA again!

Awesome house for both adults and the kids. Owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Far enough from the busy downtown but still only a short car ride. Really enjoyed the stay.

Perfect Staycation with True New Orleans Hospitality

I had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the hospitality—the space was warm, welcoming, and had that fun New Orleans vibe that made it perfect for a staycation. Great, quiet location

We came for Jazz Fest. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t use the pool, but loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings while drinking coffee and in the evenings while having our last cocktails.

Cajun charm and Nola chic

The house was so charming and well decorated. The fine details in the decor and gorgeous furniture pieces were wonderful. The home felt comfortable and welcoming and the cherry on the top was the luxurious little cottage like apartment on the top floor. This house had everything you needed and more for a wonderful vacation stay.

Fantastic experience in NOLA

The house was perfect for our two day stay and we barely had to leave the property with so much space and amenities. The host was excellent with instructions and help and responded really fast. The treehouse was a firm favourite for our 3 and 6 year old Amazing overall experience

Property is well kept. It is very comfortable. Neighborhood seems nice and friendly. We had some young adults with us attending FanExpo - 10 minute drive - easy access to all parts of the city.

Fun and comfort in one place

Gorgeous house! Each room has a theme and there’s a bubble chair setting in the living room! Heated pool was nice and above all every bed in that house was comfortable! The rainfall shower is magical as well. Kerri was super responsive and helpful too. Our trip was lovely. Thanks again!

Excellent property in good location

We stayed over Christmas and found the property to be as described - nice main floor with 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. There is an attic suite that is quite nice and essentially self sufficient with a small kitchen and bedroom. Pool is small but great for little kids. Interior of house is very classic - nice hardwood floors. Easy access to French Quarter and downtown.

House was clean, well stocked and conveniently located to the French Quarter as well as restaurants. Did not realize at the time of booking that home was a multi rental, so we got a bit freaked out when downstairs neighbors arrived late in the night but once they were settled in no issues with noise.

What a wonderful house for a family vacation.

This house gave my family of seven everything we needed and more. Everything was clean upon arrival and any questions we had during our stay were swiftly answered. The house proved to be in a friendly area of town as many neighbors waved and said hi to us in the mornings during our stay. The addition of the “attic suite” equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities proved to be a huge highlight within the home. My family felt comfortable, safe, and at home. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to all inquiring.

Absolutely perfect for our three-generation family trip. Quiet and convenient family-oriented neighborhood, if was within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. Clearly well maintained too, as we arrived from the airport on a 90+ degree day, drenched and exhausted from travel, and stepped right into a calm, cool (she must've had the A/C on in anticipation of our arrival) and stunning property that looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed for lazy morning breakfasts (bring ground coffee for the coffee maker), the pool was perfect for cooling off, and there were several books related to New Orleans history and culture to help set the scene. To find a place that suited three generations so perfectly is incredible. We are so grateful and will definitely be back!
