Sleeping arrangements
Two king beds and a sofa bed sleep up to 5, made up with soft linens for easy nights after long days of exploring. Room-darkening blinds and air conditioning keep things cool and quiet, a real contrast to the energy on the street below.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is ready for whatever you need - fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking basics like oil, salt and pepper for whipping up something simple. A coffee maker and coffee are on hand for slow mornings, and the dining table is a good spot to plan the day over breakfast.
Living & entertainment
The living area is bright and relaxed, with a TV for winding down and wifi plus a dedicated workspace if you need to check in on things back home.
Outdoor space
Out back, a garden with outdoor furniture gives you a quiet patch of green to decompress in, and there's shared access to a pool - a welcome break from the heat and a nice counterpoint to the buzz of Frenchmen Street just steps away.

The unit sits on the third floor with no elevator, so be ready for stairs. Self check-in is handled through a smart lock, and paid parking is available off premises in a lot behind the building. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a hair dryer, iron and first aid kit are all provided, and families traveling with little ones will find a travel cot, high chair and babysitter recommendations on request.
