"Our 3-day, 2-night stay at the New Orleans location was extremely disappointing.(weekdays, no major events in town, month of March) easily the worst experience we’ve had so far. We’ve genuinely received better service at a basic motel.
1.The staff had a noticeable attitude, and service was incredibly inconvenient. We stayed on the 6th floor and had to go up and down multiple times a day because no one was available to assist upstairs.
2. There were multiple maintenance issues throughout our stay lights not working, conditioner was empty, our key was randomly deactivated, and the shower rainfall feature didn’t work. We reported all of this to the front desk, but instead of actually fixing the problems, staff kept telling us to “do this” or “do that,” as if we didn’t know how to operate basic things like turning on lights. Nothing was properly resolved.
3. We also felt there was some level of profiling, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
4.To make matters worse, fire alarm tests were conducted repeatedly at 8 AM and again in the evening. The constant disruptions were exhausting and completely ruined our trip.
Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. Definitely not returning.
