Spaciousness galore especially for New Orleans. Great location for a great price. The ladies here were all spectacular! Would definitely stay here again. Loved the gated parking behind the building it felt very secure.

Gorgeous place! We had an excellent stay at this hotel, walking distance from main attractions in French Quarter. We got a king size room with a private courtyard, the room had a lot character (red brick wall, old fireplace, high ceilings, antique furniture). There was no room cleaning included, but extra towels were available in the lobby. But for a couple of days, who really need to have their room refreshed? If so, it was very cheap to request it. The trams cars and hop on hop off stops were in front of the hotel. Very good choice, we will stay there again the next time.

I loved everything about my stay at The French Quarter Suites Hotel. I came into town for the Feast of All Saints/ Dia de Los Muertos. I called from the airport before I came to the FQSH because I got to town hours earlier than check-in. The staff graciously allowed me to leave my luggage in the hotel locker. The check-in was smooth and uneventful. The location was perfect for everything I wanted to do. Everywhere I wanted to go was a walk, a streetcar ride, or a ferry ride away. The space was perfect for me. Clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony gave classic New Orleans imagery. I was fortunate enough to watch a Second Line on Rampart St. on its way to Louis Armstrong Park/ Congo Square from the balcony! The staff was kind, patient, and very professional. I come to town often, at least once a season. I hope to stay at The FQSH again.

Great place

Great place stay. Full kitchen, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Short, easy walk to French Quarter and numerous restaurants. One block from Louis Armstrong park. Easy spot to get picked up for Uber. There is parking for a fee. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. Able to store luggage the day we were leaving.

Very basic and clean property with comfortable bed. Security who checked us in was very friendly. Needs to have coffee pods for the room. The associated property next door was an all gay property, which they were not friendly and left this property pool area dirty with garbage. Convenient to have a gas station next door. Easy walk to Bourbon street and other areas.

I was surprised to see how large my suite was, essentially a one bedroom apartment. The location was great and had everything I needed. It made my stay for Super Bowl better than expected!

Nice place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very noisy. The door to the stairs slammed all night long and was directly next to my room so we got no sleep at all. The listing said 5 min walk to Bourbon st but was about 16 mins.

The property is good for a 3 day vacation, every room had a tv plus the one in the living room , but only one worked , there was a coffeemaker but not coffee, the beds and the pillows were super comfy , it’s really spacious, we had our own room with a king size bed and our fired a had a full size bed , there’s one big bathroom , one big living room amd a kitchenette, walking distance, you are 10 minutes from the main action on bourbon st ,

In the heart of French quarter. 24hr convenience store next door. Restaurants all around. Canal st and Bourbon st 15min walk. Hop on Hop off bus stop right in front of the building I also saw other buses stopping there too like tour buses and the Cajun encounters bus. Busy street so it was fun to people watch while it rained several times daily. (Rooms 231 & 331) The rooms were clean the beds felt good the furniture was comfortable. A great hotel if you are a smoker. The outside patio was nice and spacious and comfortable. If you have any problems call the number

Great location! Fully walkable to all New Orleans attractions. Rooms were comfortable and clean! Property seemed safe. Only some minor repairs needed on property (all exterior lights were out and the end of our rooms make it a little sketchy at night) but otherwise a nice property that we will be staying at again!

This place was great. We didn't realize there would be a kitchenette area in the room, and pots and pans, plates, and utensils are included. We easily crossed the street into the French Quarter whenever we wanted, but the place itself is in a quiet and calm area. The lovely Louis Armstrong park is right next door. The best part of our stay was taking a nap and being awakened by a parade, which we got to watch from the balcony. That was a magical experience. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. property was difficult to find and the attendant was not informed of our arrival. After about 30 minutes he located a key for us. The AC and TV in the sitting room did not work. We reported the problems and they were not addressed prior to our departure. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This was our first time staying at this property. It is a convenient walk to pretty much everything in all directions. The office staff communicated clear check in and parking instructions. Parking was reasonable and instructions were also clear. The rooms were very nice! More than we expected! They went above and beyond for us during our stay.
