Older hotel but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free parking and breakfast were nice. Pool not in service but saw workers getting it ready. Several good seafood spots short drive away, including Castnets Seafood where all the locals eat, and Bullards. Right off I-10 but not too noisy. About 15 min drive to downtown.

Great stay except the hot water was out. Breakfast was great! Staff was excellent!!
This hotel is going thru renovations. When it is completed it will be fantastic. The breakfast was good - staff worked hard to keep all items stocked. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, hot and cold cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt - they had it all.
The front desk staff was amazing - so friendly and helpful. We wanted to eat someplace local and they referred us to New Orleans Food and Spirits! Amazing cajun food at a reasonable price. Definitely a local restaurant and that was refreshing- don't want to go to the tourist restaurants.
The price of the hotel was very reasonable and had we stayed in the French Quarters we would have paid at least 3x what we paid,
I love staying at this hotel it was very clean and quiet the employees were very friendly and polite I will definitely be staying at that hotel when I come back
It was delicious and everything was clean and well kept

This was one of the MOST cleanest, and friendliest staff hotel I've visited in a while.
The clean smell hit you as you walked in and traveling to my room you can smell the fresh scent carpet. My husband and I, along with the rest of my family who stayed there were VERY pleased!!!. This was my first time staying here, but will not be my last!!. Most definitely will recommend my out of town family to stay here when they come to town.
Room was very nice and clean, however we didn’t have any towels or sheets for the pull out sofa bed, when we arrived Thursday night after a 10 hour drive We had a suite. I went down stairs was giving a fitted sheet for the bed but nothing else, requested towels were told we had to wait for house keeping in the morning they will start around 8 am. Friday morning still no towels when back down to the front desk was told they will let housekeeping know, I explained we were there for a funeral and needed to get ready. My husband had to go to Walmart and purchase towels and wash cloth for us so we could get ready for the funeral. We checked out Saturday morning and still didn’t received any towels. It’s was a very nice hotel but that experience changed my view.
I didn't get breakfast too early for me to get up. I did feel safe and it was convenient for why I was there moving to and from. Rooms were clean and quiet and staff was very pleasant. No issues and next time I visit I plan to stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay.
