    Three blocks from St. Charles Avenue, the apartment is located near SuperDome, Convention. Center, and Garden District! and a short ride to the French Quarter! High speed internet, and a small outside seating area. Enjoy a personalized experience with a friendly host and local New Orleans artist.

    The space

    This artfully decorated apartment has stained pine wood floors, with bedrooms off the main living room/dining room/ kitchen area. Flexible check-in/check-out is available, just ask! Total space is approximately 1000 square feet! Decorated with photography from the adjacent gallery of New Orleans photographer Andy Levin. Very quiet and private located in a gated compound, in an urban area near the Central Business District , with boutique restaurants and bars. and the more touristy French Quarter, about a twenty minute walk away! Hi speed wifi and free parking out front.

    The best part about the unit is that your host is nearby and very attentive to your needs!

    Our block is just three blocks from the CBD. I live in the complex, , behind a closed in fence, we are very secure and relaxed! Free on-street parking is available right in front of the house. Please note check in/check out times. Early check-in and late check outs must be arranged in advance of registration. If not they may be granted depending on occupant and may be subject to an additional fee!

The place was clean upon on arrival and had plenty of glasses, plates and cookware. The HVAC worked well which was good as it got warmer. There were two minor issues discovered during our stay and communicated to the host. The host replied very promptly and they were resolved. I would definitely stay at this property again. The host has excellent communication and provided a great video on how to enter the property.

Near football stadium and Central City BBQ directly across the street! Plenty of Ubers in the area and short ride to attractions. Would definitely recommend!

Location was in a less than attractive neighborhood. Many homeless on the streets in and around the location. Parking is on the street and I did not want to leave my 80,000 dollar car parked there. We elected to not stay there and stayed instead in a hotel in another part of town. Because I did book the rooms and was not able cancel I felt I owed the owner so I am not going to request a refund. The landlord was easy to work with. I am not sure I can recommend this site as I elected not to stay there. Maybe my preference is too high????
