Tv in room wasn’t working. They did send someone right away it was still annoying. Ice machine wasn’t working and no microwave on 7th floor. No ice machine on ground floor either. Great location....staff super friendly. Just a little run down...dusty vents, dirt in corners, curtains missing hooks....1 microwave in lobby, and only certain rooms have refrigerators. Didn't care for the loitering at the front door all day.
