"Main hotel was closed - so had to stay in the annex. Annex rooms could of done with some pictures on the wall to make it feel more homely."

But it was a king superior which while the room was a good space when you opened the window we looked directly at a restaurant vent (assume) and the other window beside it was a bird crap covered structure that had about t years of dirt on it. I'm not asking for a view of the palace when the word superior is used in the description but that was the most disheartening experience of a room I've ever had. It should be a closet. "

"We’ve never stayed anywhere as noisy as this. The walls seem paper-thin and you can hear absolutely everything, from conversations, snoring to private moments. The creaky floorboards and loud doors made it even worse, with constant noise throughout the night. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving two nights early because we simply couldn’t get any sleep and couldn’t bare another night of that. However the room itself was fine and clean, but the noise levels made the stay very uncomfortable."

"On arrival we were allocated a room and the tv didn’t work. The guy on reception moved us to room 103 and we had no pillows and the bed stunk. There was a hole in the back of the door and the decor through out the hotel was poor. My wife slept in her clothing as it felt like there were bugs in the filthy mattress. This place is to be avoided at all costs. "
