"The staff was very friendly. The beds were quite comfortable with fluffy pillows, which made for some good sleep. There was hot water and everything else worked great."

"We had an overall great experience. We had the suite with 3 queen beds with a balcony over the pool area. The room was great, except the ceiling was leaking, but we just put towels down and made the best through the rain storm. The overnight desk attendent let a VERY loud and intoxicated group swim at 2am, waking our whole room up, so that was unpleasant. Other than that rooms was good, amenities good, breakfast was good. All in all a decent experience. "

"This property is close to a water park; so, the weekend activity will be the greatest. I saw more children during Saturday and Sunday. During the week there were very few customers. It was relatively quiet after Sunday through Thursday. The water park vacationers would return on Friday."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We knew going in that it was a budget hotel and didn’t expect much but it didn’t even meet our low expectations. It was so bad that we had to leave and find another hotel. Upon arrival we had several minor issues that the front desk tried to help with. (The lady at the front desk is kind and tries but can’t fix these issues.) Minor issues-bathroom door did not shut, refrigerator was not working, smelled like smoke, broken picture frame with glass taped back on hanging above the bed, card key never worked and had to go to the desk every time to get it reset. We dealt with all of that but after my husband woke with bug bites all over his body we couldn’t do it. We asked to speak with the manager for a refund for upcoming days. (We had planned on staying for a long weekend.) Getting in touch with him was difficult. Eventually he called my husband as we were packing to leave. He was incredibly rude. After we explained the situation to him, he asked us several times what we wanted him to do about it. We asked for a full refund. He became even more rude and told us we had 30 minutes to vacate the property. We were already packing up our stuff but this was unbelievable. No apology. No refund. Just rudeness. Thanks to hotels.com customer service we did get a refund. It took some time talking to everyone and having photo documentation of all of the issues but they were very understanding and helpful. I would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"Tv went out and they didn’t have a new room to put me in nor wanted to give me a percentage off for a new stay. I reached for a manager and have yet to receive a phone call ."

"Dirty plastic silverware on the floor. The bathroom garbage was full when we checked in. Bathroom was definitely not cleaned. Doubt the room was cleaned either but good enough to sleep in for the weekend."

"Check in was fast and easy. Hot tub was hot and lots of bubbles. Pool was just the right temperature. Had the place to ourselves! Breakfast was good, waffles were amazing. Came here on off season for spring break. We will be back after summer when the tourists go home."
