Although the room was clean and comfortable, my stay was spoiled by noisy neighbours with a dog that barked, and the noisy hallway outside my room (this may be because it was on the ground floor near the entrance lobby). The television was so complicated that I couldn't figure it out (there were multiple controls and menus that required wi-fi connections), so I ended up having to stream my evening entertainment on my phone instead. At checkout the receptionist wouldn't give me a receipt, saying I had to get one from the Expedia website instead.

Asked for a late checkout and was told by the manager when I checked in that I could have it for 12pm. Called the desk this morning as instructed to ask for 1pm (as 12pm was approved) only to find out that it was not and I needed to vacate my room by 11, after being told the previous night I could stay till 12. Poor communication and really didn’t make me feel welcome and like a paying guest.
