The staff were attentive, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue I faced was during the booking process. The hotel charged ₹100 to verify my card, which is apparently a standard procedure. However, since I was unaware of this, my bank flagged it as suspicious and blocked my card for safety. This forced me to order a new card, which caused some inconvenience. While this was not really the hotel’s fault, a clear explanation of the process during booking would have helped avoid the confusion. Other than that minor hiccup, everything else was perfect. The hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities met all expectations, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a stay near Delhi Airport. I would happily return and recommend it to others."
