"The hotel and hotel room were clean. The hotel was quiet. It appears the hotel was going through renovations and both elevators were not working accurately. Also they don’t allow early check in. Checkin is at 3pm and I was informed to check in at 2pm it would be an extra $25."

"Room was filthy with huge dust bunnies, hair and popcorn on the floor. Had hair in the bed. Bathroom was gross with hair on floor and tub. The darkening shades had numerous holes in them. Did move us to new room next day and room was not as filthy but we did have to clean toilet seat ourselves with hand sanitizer as something was all over it and also had to wipe down end tables. The shower also would not stop leaking. "

"They don't show on hotel.com site they charge a $150 deposit till time of check in, which is more than room rate, We ask when we would be credited back on our credit card, and would be in severals days, no real answer, we had house keeping check are room at check out, just to be on safe side, I learned from being a long time traveler, red flag warning when the security deposit is more than the room rate"

"I was super disappointed with this property, to the point where I only stayed for one night of my reservation. Bugs, broken smoke detectors, toilets that did not work. I have stayed in MANY hotels, and I have never left one so quickly. "
