QUIET TIME IS 10pm to 8am

Tucked away in what used to be a little dirt road is this newly remodeled and renovated getaway home for families to enjoy for years to come. The home is close to everything and with all the new restaurants within 10 minutes. Gringo’s,Olive Garden,Chilli’s,Buffalo Wild Wings,Panda,Starbucks,Russo’s Pizzeria,Chick Fil-A,The Toasted Yolk Coffee,Mod Pizza. Kroger is 10 minutes away and Walmart is only 5 minutes away.

Weekend getaway

Great family get-a-way!

Property was amazing with an even better host! Jose went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Location was perfect for us, down a quiet road with quick access to stores and reasturants. Also close to Houston so easy trip to the Astros game, water park, zoo and aquarium!

Family Women Weekend

Plenty of room for 14 adults, pool was great for our day of relaxation, large dining table was a surprise and provided space for games and overflow from countertop bar in kitchen. What a great weekend for our annual family womens retreat!!!

Family Visit

My Mom, 75 year old father, and siblings came to Texas to visit for the first time. My family absolutely loved the property and they now want to visit more often because we stayed at a “nice” house! Check in was very easy and communication was prompt! I definitely recommend this property!

Jose was a great host. Showers didn't have hot water for longer than 2 or 3 minutes, pool isn't heated. Other than that, a good stay for a work trip.

Review

The house was ok. House was clean and check in was easy. House had a slight musty odor. The toilet in the master bathroom had trouble flushing. Chain kept on coming off had to stick my had 2x in reservoir tank to reconnect. The bathroom floor was also sticky, Probably due to humidity. Overall I would rate it 3 out 5 five.

Lovely amazing cozy

My children and I loved the location. We decided to visit Texas when thunderstorms were basically the days spent there. But even so, the rental had streaming programs boys got to plug in the game system in the children’s room. We’d sneak into the pool when we get a little sunshine. Not really property owners fault more like Mother Nature. But overall, my kids felt comfortable and didn’t want to leave. First time visiting Texas and my kids didn’t want to come back !! Rooms are spacious , huge living room, dining room and just an amazing stay here . Owner had great communication with me . I will definitely consider renting again for sure

Nice Place

House is very nice, deceptively spacious. We enjoyed our stay inside the house and the kids enjoyed the pool outside. Along with some heated foos ball tournaments in the kids room all was well.

Birthday celebration 🎂

We had a small birthday celebration for my dad's 71st birthday and we enjoyed it very much!! Check in process was easy, plenty of beds and space, the backyard was an oasis my dad and the rest of the party hadn't had so much fun in a long time. There was also plenty of parking!! The host was super nice and answered all questions and made sure we knew the little perks of the pool area. I would definitely recommend.

Cozy Home

We rented this house because we went to Houston to visit NASA and the Zoo. We didnt want downtown but still close enough for a small drive in the morning to our daily adventures. The pool was used eveyday and we loved the ourdoor patio area. We bar b que'd every evening. Overall worth the cost and perfect for our familes get away. We would def go back if we visit houston again.

Our stay.

We rented her for a wedding in Conroe. The home was very clean and the pool area very nice. We had hoped to have a fire to relax by when we got there. Mr. Jose bought a fire pit and brought it by but we couldn't use it due to the rain. That was much appreciated for him to do that! Overall it was plenty of room. The Crow family.

MA. Road Trip

A must stay if you arr staying in the area. There was 13 of us who drove down from Massachusetts to attend a family wedding. This house was more than we expected. The Bride and her wedding party got dressed here at the house. There was plenty of room for each girl to get dressed. The children were occupied out in the outdoor oasis with their dads. After the wedding we enjoyed the house the next day with the family with a cook out. Jose was great to deal with and very responsive. We come to Texas once a year and will stay here as long as it is available.

Communication is Key!

Backyard is beautiful! Jose is a great communicator! I was having and ice storm where I’m from and was a little tardy with checking in and Jose followed up with me to let me know the house was ready!! I reached out to him durning my stay and his response time is quick! One thing that I wish I would have known before booking is that the 3rd bathroom is in the pool house past the pool. When it came to the 2 bathrooms in the house, one had a tub and the other a shower!

Great family house

Jose call to check in with us to make sure we took advantage of all the perks his house has to offer! This house exceeded our expectations! Tons of space. The photos does no justice! We were able to enjoy our time with no complaints. The pool area is huge and very serene. The best and most unexpected part was the guest house! I whole apartment basically..full bathroom and complete kitchen. We loved everything about this house! And the host was the best! He extended our check our time with no hesitation. Will definitely use this house again
