"The clerk at the desk, I cannot, for the life of me, remember her name. She was WONDERFUL!!! She remembered us from last month. In the morning, we woke up a bit late so when we tried to get the waffles for the (included) breakfast, Starla came and helped get the batter to make them. Someone had just took all of the sausage and Starla refilled those too. The place looks like it is well taken care of. We have not been able to try the pool yet but maybe next trip! Great place!! Will be making this our favorite place in New Buffalo, MI "

"Brittany’s home was the perfect home away from home for our family. We used every amenity - hot tub, fire pit, well-stocked kitchen and dining area, beach chairs - and comfy area. We would love to return! "

"It doesn't mention anywhere on their site it's at the pool is not open. We're traveling with a small child and the pool was selling point for us! Who was closed I guess they're doing major renovations."
