This property is five minutes from the Guadalupe River and numerous Tubing Rental businesses. Schlitterbahn is just over two miles away, and the public city swimming pool, Landa Park Aquatic Complex, is just under three miles from Garrison in Gruene. There is no longer a pool on-site.



DO YOU PROVIDE BREAKFAST OR DAILY HOUSEKEEPING?

We do not offer breakfast or daily housekeeping services. However, we highly recommend Buttermilk Cafe or Kora Kora nearby for delicious dining options.

We stayed here while on a last-minute trip to Gruene. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is quiet and within close distance from the shops and restaurants of Gruene. The room was spacious and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch swing listening to the birds! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway!

Rustic authentic hill country vibes

Stayed here while attending a wedding, very much true Texas atmosphere with lots of character and rustic decor. I enjoyed drinking coffee and polishing my cowboy boots on the large front porch with plenty of swings. It was quiet enough with grassy areas to take our skiddish dogs out on a leash and very peaceful at night. Super convenient to everything in Greune and New Braunfels. Would stay again!

Had a great time in Gruene and at the Garrison in Gruene. The room, pool area and grounds were great. I could see this as a great place to rent for a family reunion. Lots to do onsite and within walking distance of our room. Kid friendly with lots of yard games.

Had a wonderful stay. The decor us rustic Texas, The master bedroom was huge. Management was very responsive to a couple questions we had. The grounds and unit were clean. We're going to be repeat visitors.

Wonderful!

Pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of our room. Also, it was much more roomy than I was expecting. The only “complaint” was we only had one bath towel upon arriving. I contacted Allison and she had it fixed right away. The property had a really nice pool. I did wonder about the swim up bar. It looked really nice but it was completely locked and didn’t appear anyone was using it. I was confused by that. The property was very quiet and peaceful. It is GREAT location to anything you would want to do in Gruene. Overall I would recommend and stay again!
