Specialty gift shops, turn of the century Hardware Store, Ladies and Men's clothing boutiques surround you. One block from the confluence of the Neuse and Trent Rivers at Union Point Park! There is no more central location than this. A perfect place for romantic getaways! Tryon Palace, Historic Homes and Parks are just outside the front door.

The condo was very nice and nicely equipped for our stay. We walked everywhere and ate out so we didn’t really use the kitchen facilities. Our little corgi was very comfortable as well.

A cool respite on a very hot day

The place was comfortable and quiet with plenty of space to move around. The location was walkable to an excellent restaurant nearby and not far to the waterfront. New Bern is about a 40 min drive to Oriental, which is a charming small town on the Neuse River.

Nice Downtown Location

Location is excellent to explore downtown New Bern. The condo allows you to to access all of the Historic area on foot and the off street parking is an added bonus. Be prepared for some outside noise from deliveries in the early morning from the nearby restaurants, not a complaint, just an observation.

Great location, close to everything in town. Very clean and beautiful accommodations. Everything you need in a fantastic Condo. Walking all around town enjoyed great food at restaurants just a few steps away. Can’t wait to return.

Super Location

The location is super. Big bonus is a dedicated parking space behind the building and rear staircase to enter from the back. Location is in the heart of downtown. Walk basically everywhere. Great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay!

Spectacular Location

Great place. One warning - steep steps going up to the place so not great for anyone with a mobility issue. Once inside I thought it was bigger than I expected. Clean and you are in the heart of downtown, easy to walk anywhere you want to go.

We had a wonderful time visiting New Bern and staying at this apartment. Ideally located in Historic Downtown, we left the car parked and walked everywhere with our dog. We knew that the apartment was pet friendly, but the entire downtown area welcomed us and our fur baby girl. We were allowed to take her into a handful of shops and there were several restaurants or eateries that provided outdoor seating. We were surprised to see that two restaurants we visited offered a four-legged guest menu as well! After walking around all day, it was nice being close to where we stayed. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host was great too, always quick to respond when we sent a message or had a question. We are already looking forward to a return visit to New Bern and hope to stay with this host again!

This is a great location from which to see and experience all that is unique and enjoyable in New Bern, and all on foot. From the beautiful waterfront view at Union Point Park, to historic Tryon Palace, North Carolina's first colonial Capitol and all the charming shops and restaurants.
